Refunds will be given in the event that cancellation occurs no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment.  In cases of illness causing cancellations later than 48 hours, an alternative date will be offered or if a refund is required, proof of illness such as a doctors letter will need to be sent to info@nicolerussomusic.com, at which point a full refund may be issued.
